Building charges $10/day for parking. Upon arrival you have to register your vehicle at front computer and print parking pass. We are located 6 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your own fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Neighborhood Daytona Beach Shores is a quiet, small barrier‑island beach community just south of Daytona Beach proper. The immediate area is oceanfront condo and resort development with easy beach access, dune walkways and several waterside restaurants and bars. Typical draws: wide sandy Atlantic beaches, nearby Daytona Beach Pier/Boardwalk (a short drive north), The Shores Resort & Spa and local shops for beachwear and groceries. The vibe is relaxed, family‑friendly daytime beach tourism with quieter evenings than downtown Daytona.

Getting around The location is walkable for short trips (beach, nearby restaurants, convenience stores) but most errands and broader sightseeing require a car or rideshare. South Atlantic Avenue (A1A) runs north–south along the barrier island and is the primary local road. Driving to mainland attractions, larger grocery stores and bigger restaurant clusters takes about 10–20 minutes depending on destination and traffic. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis and local shuttle services are available; public transit options are limited—Volusia County/Daytona Beach Transit Authority buses run routes on the mainland and across bridges but frequency on the barrier island is low. Bicycle and e‑scooter rentals are common seasonally for short trips along the beachfront.
