• NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony. • NO pets allowed. • NO events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. • Infants (under 2) and children are welcome. If you have young children, please ensure they have nighttime protection (such as diapers) to avoid accidents on bedding or furniture. • Quiet hours are 22:00 – 08:00. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times. • Please remove all trash from the unit and dispose of it in the garbage cans provided near the parking area before checkout. Do not leave trash in hallways or outside the door. • All dishes and kitchen items used during your stay must be cleaned and put away prior to departure. Empty all leftovers from the refrigerator and freezer. • Please do not hang towels or clothing over the balcony railing. Hang wet items in the shower instead; avoid hanging them on other towels or on the bed, as colors may bleed. • If you have items from the beach or pool, please rinse them off before bringing them back into the room. • Treat the unit with care and respect, as this is also our family’s vacation home. We appreciate your help in keeping it clean and comfortable for everyone. • Regardless of everything else—ENJOY yourself and have a wonderful stay!

Complex charges $10/day for parking and there is a self service station in the lobby to do this
