Located less than 2 miles from Main Street, Daytona Boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon & Bandshell.

Lots of storage for longer term guests in the bedroom. Large Roku Tvs in both living room and bedroom. Fireplace cabinet in living room and beautiful sectional. 5 bar top chairs, 3 of which look out over the beach to sit and sip your coffee while watching the sun come up. Fully stocked kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, pod type coffee maker, toaster, cooktop, and all necessary kitchen cookware and utensils. We supply some coffee, sugar and creamers to get you started, set of 4 bath towels sets, 4 beach towels. We also supply a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We are located very close to a grocery store and Dollar General of any other additional items you may need or want.

Other Details to Note

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

it was all around get a surveyance would enjoy coming back out to your condo again the only problem I had was the hot water problem in the tiki bar other than that it was beautiful gorgeous no complaints and the ice cream machine was out

Apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was a very kind, detailed communicator. The interior of the apartment was well maintained. Direct access to the beach was nice and windows provide clear view of the beach as well. The bedroom is located directly next to the front door and hallway, and noise from neighboring units was audible at night. Light from the hallway also entered the bedroom due to the door design

The view is breathtaking the location is sooo perfect for couples or family with kids. Having tiki bar right next to the room and able to see the pool made it sooo special and convenient. I could watch my son from the room with no worries. It’s worth it guys 1000% and the best part Donna was very kind and accommodating. I Will definitely book again and again 🤪

We LOVED the location Easy access to everything around restaurants and grocery store . Once in side you have a direct VIEW of the ocean. You open up the door and step out to the right is the pool and tiki bar and go to the left and walk directly down to the beach very convenient!! The unit is beautiful and very clean!
